3/17/23: CD Barnes Construction - Shoreline Orthopaedics (Hudsonville, MI)

I want to commend you and your team for the quality and manner of work here at Shoreline Ortho.

The framing was excellent as confirmed by our contractor who installed all the door frames.  The installers were anticipating 2 installers 2 days to properly install the door frames, the openings were all so true they installed all the frames in 7 hours. 

Your finishers have been diligent and thorough in their work.  While the workmanship is of high quality, I am impressed at how our floors look when they complete a space and remove the paper they put down.   

Thanks for sending quality talent, who also have been amenable and accommodating in their efforts. . . and bonus, they finished ahead of schedule.

9/8/16: Great Lakes Bay Construction - Tropical Smoothie (Walker, MI)

I want to commend all of you whom worked on this Tropical Smoothie Café as Subcontractors to Great Lakes Bay Construction. As the Project Manager, and on behalf of Barry LaCross as the Superintendent, we greatly appreciated all your hard work, coordination patience, and perseverance to get things done when they had to get done even when the schedule became more and more jumbled.

The Owner and General Manager were very happy with the final product, stating 9/10 rating for overall quality.

8/22/11: Rockford Construction - Spartan Stores YMCA (Wyoming, MI)

Dale,
The Spartan YMCA project in Wyoming Michigan has come to completion. On all fronts the operators of the facility are very pleased with their building. Most of the subcontractors were above grade in standards and compliance with the construction documents. Some of the trades were even a notch above again. Randl Interiors is one of the subcontractors that performed very well and was instrumental in making the project successful both in quality and schedule.

12/20/10: Key Construction - Dr Logie, DDS - build out (St Joseph, MI)

Mr. Dale Randall,

Now that the Dr. Logie TI project in St. Joseph has reached completion, I wanted to extend my deepest thanks to you and your men. There were times when I wondered if we would ever finish, but you stepped up every time and helped Key and myself get over the obstacles. You went above and beyond on the job and I am very thankful. I would highly recommend Randl Interiors on any future projects Key may have, and would be happy to give you a reference, should you ever need.

Again, please tell your framing crew that they were one of the best I have had the pleasure of working with in my 17 years in construction. They understood the plans, they were fast, and more importantly, they showed up everyday and did their job with no complaints. Thank you, Dale.
